Notes for Hotel & Airbnb Deliveries:

• It is your responsibility to communicate with the venue in regards to their policies regarding decor.
• Many hotels do not allow for our CBC team to "install" your balloons inside your room due to security and safety issues. 
• Any balloons not directly received by the intended recipient upon a CBC team member's arrival will be left with the concierge/hotel staff. Once this change of hands has been made, CBC revokes all responsibility for the condition of the decor.
