Delivery starts at $50 cart minimum EXCLUDING taxes and the delivery fee. Delivery fee is determined by zip code from our store and ranges from $10 to $95 variably (same day delivery available when placed by 10:00am EST).

Example: The average order going downtown is $50 of balloons + $35 delivery fee + taxes, averaging around $150.00 total.

How to order online: You can add what you want to the cart, then choose delivery at checkout.

How to order over the phone: Be sure to know what you want exactly in your order, then call our store at 843-856-9121 during business hours. Please note that a $10.00 phone ordering fee will apply at checkout.

How to order via email: take a screen shot of your cart, then tell us the name, address, and phone number of the recipient of the delivery. You can then email or call in the credit card for payment.

You can send a balloon delivery to a hotel of your choosing by completing the following process:

1) Add your balloons to the cart.
2) Choose delivery at checkout.
3) Fill out the delivery information as the hotel reservation name with the address being the hotel address.
4) Your order will then be delivered to the concierge who will take it to your room.

Example: Recipient Name being John Doe, and delivery address to Hotel Bennett, 404 King Street, Charleston, SC 29401.

You can send a balloon delivery to an Airbnb or VRBO of your choosing by completing the following process:

1) Add your balloons to the cart.
2) Choose delivery at checkout.
3) In the notes section, denote the checkin time and early access code if you have one. Please also note a safe location for the balloons to be left (example: garage with access code number) if no one has arrived to receive them yet.
4) Fill out the delivery information as the reservation name with the address being the rental address.

Note: we cannot guarantee that the order will arrive before a guest arrival, such as a bachelorette party ordering for a bride, but we do attempt our best to accommodate when planning our routes. As such, 90% of checkins are at 4:00pm, and thus you should choose the 12:00pm-6:00pm delivery window.

Often times our calendar does fill up before you can place an order. You can send an Uber or Lyft for your order by completing the following process:

1) Add your balloons to the cart.
2) Choose "pickup" at checkout.
3) Fill out the notes section to tell us you will send an Uber or Lyft when we tell you the order is ready.
4) When you receive a text, or call from us telling you the order is ready, you can send an Uber or Lyft for your order.
5) Tell your driver that they will be pickup up balloons and not a person. They may need to cancel. See below for more info.

Please note the following in regards to Uber and Lyft orders:

1. A driver may deny the order at first due to latex allergies or balloon anxiety. Be patient and order ahead with this in mind.
2. If you order anything large (bouquet, garland, column, 50+ loose balloons, etc) we highly recommend that you order the largest Lyft or Uber possible.
