    A premium delivery window (PDW) is a client specified timeframe in which the event staff does not have prior access to the venue for delivery and setup of an event. This PDW service fee is for the CBC team to run a singular truck for the client's specified event, and cannot take other jobs or deliveries in the truck due to the time sensitivity of the order.

    A Balloon Garland though incorrectly, but commonly referred to as an balloon arch, is a series of balloons strung together (typically in an organic style) that free hangs wherever a CBC decorator hangs it. This design does NOT contain any internal piping or framework in order to make it sit upright or on its own.

    A Balloon Demi-Arch though incorrectly, but commonly referred to as an Balloon Arch or Balloon Garland, is a series of balloons strung together (typically in an organic style) that contain an internal piping or framework in order to make it sit in a specified position or on its own--typically in an "S", "L" or "Half U/Half Arch" shape.
